1. Return Conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Please include a brief explanation for the return to help us process it efficiently.
- All returns should be sent via a traceable method, such as courier or registered mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Refund Options:
- Refunds can be issued via Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, or Store Credit.
- Refunds will be processed within two business days of receiving the returned items.
3. Re-Delivery Fee:
- A re-delivery fee of approximately Rs. 200 will apply to cover two-way courier costs.
- To avoid re-delivery fees, the returned product must be in the same or better condition than when shipped. The delivery person will exchange the new package for the returned one.
4. Damaged Packages:
- If a package arrives visibly damaged or with a broken seal, please refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.
5. Non-Refundable Items:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
